Terms and Conditions

Welcome to One Stone Creative. By engaging with our services you agree to the following terms.

1. Services
We provide professional services as outlined in your individual Services Agreement. This includes deliverables, timelines, IP ownership and scope for podcast production, consulting, SEO, or any other work outlined.

2. Payment
All fees, deposits, and payment schedules are as described in your Services Agreement. Work will not begin until any required deposit is received.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to materials, approvals, and information necessary for project completion. Delays from missing or late information may affect project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property
Ownership of materials, content, and final deliverables is governed by your Services Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, One Stone Creative retains rights to showcase work for promotional purposes.

5. Revisions and Approvals
Revisions, feedback, and approval timelines are defined in the Services Agreement. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any information shared during the project.

7. Limitations and Liability
One Stone Creative provides services to the best of our professional ability. Liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project as specified in the Services Agreement.

8. Cancellations and Refunds
Policies regarding cancellations and refunds are described in your Services Agreement.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada.
