Content and AI Use Policy

Content Policy

One Stone Creative reserves the right to decline production or publication of any content that contains bigotry, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind. This includes but is not limited to racism, homophobia, transphobia, antisemitism, or hate speech of any kind.

We believe podcasting is at its best when it brings people together, and that standard is non-negotiable for us.

A note on guest content: We understand that interview-based podcasts can occasionally surface unexpected or objectionable viewpoints. If a recorded episode contains content that violates this policy, we will consider the context. An interview that includes a harmful viewpoint from a guest but clearly challenges it and provides counter-arguments is very different from one that just lets it slide.

If we feel an episode fails to challenge or inadvertantly endorses discriminatory content, we will flag it to you directly before proceeding. Depending on the severity, we may recommend editing around the content, pulling the episode entirely, or in some cases, we may need to step back from the project. We’ll always have that conversation with you openly and respectfully.

AI Use Policy

We’re a team of humans doing human work. The creativity, strategy, and production craft behind every episode comes from real people who care about your business and your show. We do not use AI to write show notes, copy, or episode titles, select clips, make editorial cuts, or assist in any part of the creative or strategic process.

That said, there are AI-assisted tools within our audio and video editing software that we do, on occasion, use to solve specific audio quality problems. For example, when multiple speakers are recorded at very different quality levels, we may use an AI-assisted tool to improve the sound of one speaker.
